Warranty and Return Policy
Systems will be warranted for three years from the original invoice. This warranty includes, defect in workmanship, parts, labor, and basic return shipping to customer on repairs. Excluding, systems damaged during shipping, system or system components physically damaged by customer, or systems damaged by inadequate electrical surge protection. Advance exchange on complete systems will not be accepted. Advance exchanges on system components will be allowed for 30 days past the original invoice. Credits will be accepted for 30 days past original invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on complete systems returned for credit and shipping and handling will not be credited. Returns for repair will be accepted at any time during the warranty period. A credit card will be required on all advances.
Parts will be warranted for one year from the original invoice. This warranty includes, defective product, product that is DOA (Dead on arrival), and basic return shipping to customer on exchanges. Excluding, parts damaged during shipping, parts physically damaged by customer, and parts damaged by inadequate electrical surge protection. The manufacturer must be contacted in regards to warranty returns past one year, as some manufacturers have longer warranty periods than Innovative Integrations. Advance returns on parts will only be accepted for 30 days past original invoice date. Parts may be returned for exchange at any time during warranty period. Parts may only be returned for credit 30 days past original invoice date. A credit card will be required on all advances.
Software is not warranted by Innovative Integrations. A 30 day exchange for credit will be accepted on all unopened software that does not require activation. Software that requires activation may not be returned.
RMA Policy
Prior to returning product to Innovative Integrations an RMA form must be obtained from a company technician. The reason for return must be determined or verified. The RMA form must be filled out entirely and returned. A copy will be faxed out with an RMA number. Returns without a copy of the original invoice, RMA form with RMA number, and RMA number printed clearly on outside of packaging will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer. All returns for credit must be complete, cables, manuals, software, etc... All RMA for exchange or repair expire after 30 days, returns for advance expire after 15 days. Advances will be shipped ground unless priority shipping is requested. The customer is responsible for cost difference. Also, we match customer return method on all returns. If you ship ground to us we ship ground back. If you ship next day to us we ship next day back. Credit card will be required for all advances. Click here for RMA procedures.
There will be a $25.00 service fee for all NSF checks.
