To obtain an RMA please print out the form below, fill it out in its entirety and fax it to us. Someone will contact you within 48 hours. Please allow 24 hours to process the RMA request. If you need immediate assistance you may call us directly.
Please do not return product without an RMA number on the outside of the return and a copy of this form with RMA number. No returns will be processed without RMA number.
An invoice MUST be sent with all RMA items, including system repairs. All returns for credit must be complete, cables, manuals, software, etc... All RMA's for exchange or repair expire after 30 days, returns for advanced expire after 15 days.
Advances will be shipped via ground unless priority shipping is requested. Customer is responsible for cost difference. Also, we match customer return method on all returns. If you ship ground to us we ship ground back. If you ship next day to us we ship next day back.
Credit card will be required for all advances.
